Baking!

Yesterday Tuesday 24/8/2021 I did baking, I baked Hokey Pokey Biscuits with my Mum, it was so yum I loved the part when I was waiting for the mixture to cool down then I can dip my finger in it and I can taste it, It was soo yum, it turned out good, it made 15. when I tryed one it was like exploding in my mouth it was soo yum I liked how it was hard on the outside but soft in the inside. Hockey Pokey Biscuits 


125g Tararua Butter
1/2 cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
1 Tbsp Meadow Fresh Original Milk
1 1/2 cups Edmonds Standard Grade Flour
1 tsp Edmonds Baking Soda
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine Tararua Butter, Chelsea White Sugar, Chelsea Golden Syrup and Meadow Fresh Original Milk in a saucepan. Heat until the Tararua Butter is melted and mixture is nearly boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Allow to cool until lukewarm. Sift flour and Edmonds Baking Soda together. Add to the cooled mixture. Stir well. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place on an                                                                               ungreased baking tray, press down lightly with a fork. Bake                                                                       for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

My Dad going away!

This morning my dad is going away to Auckland and then Hamilton he leaves on a Tuesday and comes back on a Friday night last night he brought the truck home and I took some pictures as you can see the truck is huge my dad takes the truck on the ferry to Wellington he picks up containers and drops off powdered milk so here are some photos I took!

My lockdown has been good we took the dog for a walk on sunday as well as we always take walks during the week it has been hot so we have had Ice blocks, It is sad that I can't see my Grandparents, uncles,aunties,aswell as sports such as, Karate,hockey and school!

Exciting Fitness!

On Friday I did some fitness activity's which was hurdles, running through ladders and running round the block. It was fun. In the morning it was raining and wet but turned into a nice sunny day. My heart-rate was racing after it. Friday was a nice day to do fit and fun exercises! Here are some photos from Friday!
